We accept orders only via WhatsApp or direct messages. Orders are confirmed after payment and final approval.

Our cookies are batch-made using natural ingredients. Minor differences in texture, shape, or color are completely normal.

🚚 Pan-India Shipping

We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Courier delays may happen due to operational reasons.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Since MILASTY cookies are edible food products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements are possible only in genuine cases such as damaged packaging or incorrect items delivered.

        📸 Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery
        with photo/video proof.
      

For damaged delivery claims, customers are encouraged to share an unboxing video for faster support.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Since cookies are prepared and packed soon after payment, cancellations are accepted only within a limited time window:

Within 3 hours of payment → ✅ Full refund
Between 3 to 6 hours → ✅ 50% refund
After 6 hours → ❌ Cancellation not possible

        The cancellation window is calculated from the time the payment is
        successfully completed.
        
        Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
        via the original payment method.

⚖️ Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed under Indian law. Any disputes fall under the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
