πͺ Food Products Cannot Be Returned
MILASTY sells edible food products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
π¦ When Replacement or Refund is Possible
We will happily provide a replacement or refund only in genuine cases such as:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Package arrived tampered or opened
β± Reporting Time Limit
If there is an issue with your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
π Courier Damages & Delays
We pack all cookies carefully. However, courier handling is outside our control. If damage occurs during transit, we will assist you fairly based on proof shared.
π₯ Unboxing Video Requirement (Highly Recommended)
To ensure a smooth and fair resolution in case of damage, we strongly recommend customers record a short video while opening the package for the first time.
Claims for damaged or missing items may not be accepted without proper photo/video proof.
π³ Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).
β Order Cancellation Policy
Since MILASTY cookies are prepared and packed soon after confirmation, cancellations are accepted only within a limited time window.
- Within 3 hours of payment confirmation β β Full refund
- Between 3 to 6 hours β β 50% refund (packing may have started)
- After 6 hours β β Cancellation not possible
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5β7 business days via original payment method.
π Return to Origin (RTO) & Delivery Refusal
Orders returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept delivery will be classified as Return to Origin (RTO).
As MILASTY cookies are freshly prepared, preservative-free, and made in small batches, returned parcels may not be suitable for resale due to hygiene and quality standards.
- Forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the total order value before processing any eligible refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned parcel is received and inspected.
- If you request re-dispatch, additional shipping charges must be paid before re-shipment.
